What are your packaging terms?
Normally, we pack goods in PP bags and cartons. If you have other requirements, we can pack in your brand packaging after receiving your authorization letter.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will show you photos of the products and packaging.
What are your delivery terms?
EXW, FOB, CFR, etc. (International trade terms)
What is your delivery time?
The delivery cycle is 7 days, excluding transportation time.
Can you produce based on samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can make molds.
What is your sample policy?
If we have ready-made parts in stock, we can provide samples, but customers must pay the express fee.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing before delivery.
